• Up to 6 hour time frame from set up to cleanup.  Additional fees for early access and reception hours past 11:00 PM.

• Set up and cleaning

•  13- 60” round tables

•  13- polyester floor length table linens (white or Black)

• 100- burgandy banquet chairs

• 100- polyester chair covers ( choice of black or white)

• Sweetheart table with floor length polyester table linen

• 20 feet white polyester draping set-up with 2 LED uplights (for use behind sweetheart and cake table)

• Cake table with underlit floor length linens

• Lighted ceiling treatment

• Gift and place card tables if needed

• Use of wall mounted flat screen TVs for your video montage

• Use of our separate buffet room with 20 feet of table space
